Resilience for Progress is for women who are ready to reflect and reset across multiple areas of their lives. It's ideal if you're seeking fulfillment, crave authentic connection, and are open to both movement and stillness. This experience is not for you if you're only looking for a luxury escape, prefer elevated dining or spa amenities, or if group sharing is outside your comfort zone.

The retreat investment is structured in two parts to keep costs transparent and streamlined. The retreat registration fee covers all programming, sessions, and materials and is paid directly to Resilience for Progress. Lodging and meals are reserved and paid directly with Trout Lodge. Staying onsite is required to fully participate in the retreat.

The retreat investment is divided into two parts. The retreat registration fee includes all guided sessions, workshops, facilitated discussions, materials, and your Resilience for Progress workbook. Lodging and meals are reserved and paid separately through Trout Lodge and include your accommodations and all meals from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch. Staying onsite is required to participate in the retreat.

Our host location for October 24-26, 2025 at Trout Lodge offers a variety of options on their buffet including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices. For other dietary needs, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate! You can find a sample buffet menu here.

We keep it intimate, between 12 and 20 participants, to foster trust, connection, and shared growth. Participants will each be paired with a progress partner to reflect and grow with throughout and after the retreat.

Absolutely. In fact, attending with a friend can make the experience even more meaningful. If you choose to share a two queen room you'll each save over $100. It’s a great way to deepen your connection while investing in personal growth together.

Our movement sessions are designed to be accessible, adaptable, and energizing for all bodies and fitness levels. You’ll be supported every step of the way. If you’ve been advised by a physician to limit physical activity, please reach out so we can discuss what adjustments might be helpful.
